How to prepare and bake the asparagus spears in the hot air fryer:

  • Whisk the eggs together with the honey and pour the mixture into a deep plate.
  • In a deep plate or shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese.
  • Preheat the deep fryer to 200 degrees. About 5 minutes later you can start frying.
  • Roll an asparagus spear in the egg mixture until it is completely covered.
  • Then roll it in the cheese and crumb mixture until it is also covered on all sides.
  • Gather a few sticks on a plate before adding them to the air fryer.
  • Then fry them between 4 to 6 minutes, or until the crust has slightly changed color.

You can make a dip with the other three ingredients by simply mixing them together. You may want to add more cayenne pepper to taste if the sauce is still too bland for you.

Real potato fans will fall in love with these little treats. Since spring potatoes still have a very thin skin that does not need to be peeled, you can conveniently save yourself this step during preparation. All you have to do is rinse them thoroughly.

  • 680 g baby potatoes, patted dry after washing and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons dried rosemary (or 3 tablespoons fresh)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • Pfeffer

How to prepare baked potatoes in a different way in the hot air fryer:

  • Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the oil.
  • Stir thoroughly so that the potato halves are coated on all sides with the olive oil.
  • Add the spices and stir thoroughly again.
  • Spray the basket of the deep fryer with oil and fry the potatoes until crispy at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • After half the time you should give it a good stir.
  • You can test whether the potatoes are cooked with a fork. If it comes out without any problems, they're done. If necessary, fry for another 2 minutes.
