  • 170 g Baby-Lattich
  • Strawberries
  • 115 g Excess
  • 100 g smoked, ground almonds
  • 2 TL Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TL Honig
  • 1 small spring onion
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 80 ml olive oil

Prepare this salad with strawberries by putting the lettuce leaves, chopped strawberries, feta and almonds in a sufficiently large salad bowl and mixing well. Fry the asparagus in a pan and in the meantime bring 2 liters of water with 1 teaspoon of salt to the boil. Cook the asparagus in it for a minute. Meanwhile, prepare an ice bath. To do this, fill a bowl with cold water and a cup of ice. Carefully pour the boiling water out of the pot and immediately add the asparagus to the ice-cold water. After the asparagus has cooled completely, drain it.

  • 1 TL Dijon Mustard

Fry the poppy seeds in a small saucepan for 2 minutes. This way they become even more aromatic. Mix the remaining ingredients in a blender or bowl, adding salt and pepper at the end to taste. With white asparagus, radishes and dressing

  • 500 g white asparagus
  • 250g strawberries
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 6 to 8 radishes

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of glucose

  • 60 ml Balsamic
  • 140g strawberries
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes

  • 30g toasted pecans
  • 1 pack of fresh basil

Avocado already appears in some of the previous recipes, but we would still like to introduce you to this delicious strawberry avocado salad. For this salad with strawberries, first heat the balsamic vinegar in a pot. Let it simmer over low heat until it thickens. This should take about 8 to 10 minutes. Then set it aside to cool. While the balsamic is cooking, you can slice the strawberries, quarter or halve the tomatoes and quarter the avocado and mix in a bowl with the mozzarella and pecans. Add some olive oil and salt and pepper, stir and then add the balsamic vinegar. Now the summer salad can be served.

Couscous salad with strawberries

  • 300 g Couscous
  • Baby spinat
  • 280g strawberries, sliced
  • 75 g sugar peas
  • 1 Avocado
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 1 EL Dijon Senf
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 EL Honig
  • 1 EL Mohsamen
  • 120 ml olive oil

Cook the couscous as described on the packaging. Two minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the sugar peas. Then let the couscous and peas drain and cool. In the meantime, dice the avocado, slice the strawberries and wash the spinach. Put these ingredients in a bowl and add the couscous once it has cooled. Mix everything together well and start preparing the dressing. To do this, mix the lemon juice with the mustard and sour cream. Then add the olive oil, stirring constantly, so that onethick salad dressingarises. Now season these with pepper and salt as desired. Add the salad dressing to the salad before serving.

More arugula

  • 240 g Arugula
  • 350g watermelon
  • 375g strawberries
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 50 g feta (or more if desired)
  • 15 g almond slices
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 1 1/2 THE Balsamic
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
  • 10 g Basil
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (preferably freshly ground)

This strawberry and rocket salad is quick to make. Put the washed arugula in a bowl and add the chopped strawberries (e.g. slices). You can cut the watermelon into pieces as you like or shape it into balls with an ice cream scoop. Then add the watermelon, chopped onion, chopped basil, crumbled feta and almonds and stir well.

Then use the remaining ingredients to prepare a salad dressing for the salad with strawberries and rocket. If it isn't sweet enough for you, feel free to add additional honey or sugar. Now season the salad with half of the salad dressing. Serve the other half separately so that anyone who wants can add additional dressing to their salad.

With peach and goat cheese

  • 140 g Babyrucola
  • 450g strawberries
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 peaches
  • 115 g goat cheese
  • 30 g pistachios
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Balsamic

  • Dijon Mustard

For this salad with strawberries, the quartered and pitted peaches are grilled on a grill or grill pan, which seems strange at first, but alsowith other types of fruitcan be made.
