  • 120 grams of flour

  • A pinch of salt

Apples and cream:

  • 400 grams of apples
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 30 Gramm Butter
  • 200 ml Sahne
  • 100 grams of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Place all the ingredients for the streusel in a large bowl and use your hands to form a crumbly mixture.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
