How to prepare the plum muffins with sprinkles
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a muffin form or put it out with muffin paper shapes.
- Place a sieve over a mixing bowl and put the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon in the sieve.
- Seven in the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg together with the milk, the oil and vanilla extract.
- Add the milk mixture to the flour and stir a dough.
