Creative snack ideas – this is how it’s done:

- 1 tbsp milk
- 4 to 6 slices of whole wheat toast

Prepare finger food as a healthy breakfast for children
Heat the blackberries in a saucepan and simmer over low heat while you prepare your french toast as a finger food breakfast. - 215g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 6 tbsp strawberry jam (or other fruit), heated a little to make it more liquid if necessary
- 3 strawberries, destemmed and thinly sliced
- 6 tablespoons pure oat flakes (without dried fruits, as they become very hard when frozen)
- optionally honey or maple syrup to sweeten

Mix the yogurt with a little milk in a measuring cup. The goal is to dilute the yogurt just a little so that it can be easily poured into the cups or ice cream molds. Slowly pour the jam into the yogurt. Don't stir too much to get nice swirls. Pour 2/3 of the yoghurt mixture into the molds, add two strawberry slices (or more) and oat flakes. Then top up with more yogurt, leaving a little at the end. Now insert the ice cream sticks, fill with oat flakes, press them lightly into the yoghurt and freeze the muesli ice cream for at least 2 hours.
Tipp: If you used paper cups as a mold, you can simply tear them open before eating. If this doesn't work either or if you have used a different shape, it is sufficient to just briefly run lukewarm water along the outside. Then you can enjoy your finger food breakfast!
Coffee on a stick
What shouldn't be missing from a good breakfast?The good old coffeenaturally!
