Instructions for making the tree with autumn leaves
First of all, you have to make the roses from autumn leaves. To do this, take a sheet and fold the top tip down once. Then fold the right and then the left tip towards the middle and roll up the sheet. Repeat with the next sheet, only this time instead of rolling it up, you wrap it around the first sheet. Continue like this until your rose has reached the desired size (in the example, 4 leaves each). Hold the finished flower together with floral wire. Leave the ends of the wire sticking out at the bottom (this will help you pin the roses in place later).
Now make many, many roses like this. Paint itthe Styrofoam ballin the selected color. Then you can paint the pot if you want. Once the paint has dried, cut a piece of floral foam to fit snugly into the pot. Insert the stick in the middle and make a hole in the Styrofoam ball for the other end of the stick to fit into.
Then attach the ball to the stick and start decorating the ball with the roses by simply inserting them into the Styrofoam using the protruding wire. Place the flowers close together so that there are no gaps. Spread moss on the floral foam so that it is no longer visible and you're done crafting with autumn leaves! Don't you think this is a wonderful gift idea made from autumn leaves?
