Today we are introducing you to some of these simple recipes for no-bake cookies that you can also prepare wonderfully with children. So, off to the supermarket for the necessary ingredients, roll up your sleeves and let the non-baking begin!

No-bake cookies with caramel, chocolate and walnuts – Use ready-made cookies

The easiest way to make Christmas cookies without baking is to use ready-made cookies. Just get your favorite cookies and top them with chocolate, chopped nuts and/oror caramelthe finishing touches. Hardly anyone will suspect that you didn't bake them yourself! For the topping from the picture above you will need the following:

  • 400 g Karamell
  • 65 ml condensed milk
  • Vanilla cookies (about 340 g for the quantities indicated)
  • 350g milk chocolate
  • chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds

Melt the caramel together with the condensed milk in a water bath. In the meantime, spread the cookies out on baking paper or another surface. Then add a dollop of caramel to each cookie. Now melt the milk chocolate in a water bath (you can also do this while spreading the caramel to save time) and add dollops of it to the cookies. Alternatively, you can spread unmelted chocolate pieces on the caramel and then put the cookies in the oven at 225 degrees for a few minutes, which will also melt the chocolate. Finally, spread on the still liquidChocolate chopped nuts. Your cookies are ready without baking!

No bake cookies with mint

  • 450g vanilla frosting
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 72 small Butterkekse
  • 450 g milk chocolate couverture
  • optionally 3-5 drops of green food coloring

  • about 65 chocolate cookies, crumbled
  • 170 g cream cheese
  • Zucker
  • 450 g candy melts made from dark chocolate and mint
  • 2 tbsp fat (butter or vegetable oil)
  • optional green and white sprinkles

Mix together the cookie crumbsand the cream cheesein a bowl and form the dough into a 2.5 cm ball that you place on baking paper. Take a clean glass, grease the bottom, dip the bottom in sugar and flatten the ball (about half a millimeter thick). Repeat these steps until you have used up the dough, then place the cookies in the freezer without baking for 30 minutes. Before you take the cookies out again, melt the mint chocolate in a water bath. Dip cookies in, allow excess chocolate to drip off, and place on parchment paper to harden. Immediately after dipping, you can decorate the cookies with sprinkles.

No-bake white cookies made from crackers

  • 280 – 340 g white couverture, chocolate or couverture chips (candy melts)
  • 60g peanut butter
  • 50 g Mini-Marshmallows
  • 30 g rice flakes (e.g. breakfast cereal from Kellogg's)
  • 150 g salted peanuts

Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath and then stir in the peanut butter. Then add the rice flakes, marshmallows and peanuts. You can also chop the peanuts in advance. Lay out baking paper and use a teaspoon to form small blobs. You can snack on the cookies as soon as they have cooled and hardened.

Then form balls about 2.5 cm in size, spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten them slightly and put them in the freezer.

Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a water bath, insert a fork into the first cookie and dip it into the chocolate. Drain briefly and place back on baking paper to harden. Your first cookie is ready without baking. Store the coconut cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze them.

No-bake chocolate almond cookies

By the way, instead of the ball shape, you can choose the classic cookie or biscuit shape by slightly flattening the balls after you have formed them. And this is how you prepare the cookies without baking:

  • 55g coconut oil, melted
  • 85 g pure maple syrup
  • 95 g Cocoa powder
  • 120 g Mandelbutter
  • 90 g regular oat flakes or gluten-free
  • 70 g chopped almonds
  • optionally additional chopped almonds and sea salt for decoration

Line a baking sheet or large plate with baking paper. Heat the coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat. Then stir in the butter and remove the pan from the heat as soon as it has melted and mixed well with all the other ingredients. Now add the oat flakes and thechopped almondsin addition. Form small balls out of the dough (which you can later flatten for a cookie look) or blobs using a spoon. Finally, you can sprinkle all the almond cookies with a little sea salt and almonds.
